Goodbye sf (2008.1.22)

It is a rainy day today.
Get up at about nine o'colck, I went to see the sf's art museum, the cantor arts center.

But it is a pity that today is a holiday for school that dont open.
But the famous sculpture,Dodin Sculpture Garden, is not inside of the museum.
I still can take photos for that, the gates of hell, it is a kind of gate that made by people.

Then,the sf's tower is also my aim. Unfortunately, it is in the winter break.

Oh, my plans are all missed......

So, poor me. Variations can never be catched up.

At evening, usaki's friend drives us to a shopping mall which is not so high class because buses are not driven on holiday.

Finally, we eat some thign there are look around.

In fact, we would like to go an other downtown by walking to take train.

But it rains so heavry, we cancel our plan, I am sad again.

The only good news today is that I dont buy any thing today.

For dinner, we have the buffet in school.

It is nice that you can take food out the store.

The last day in standford, goodbye.

Visit burkerly & SF (2008.1.21)

Sunday, we plained to visit burkerly and sf that we got up early.

Free bus dont work on weekend so we should walk hard to downtown, along the palm street. It spend about two hours to burkerly.

About the relation between standford and burkerly is justa little like NTHU and NCHU.

Of course, NTHU cant compare with standford.

However, burkerly is more smaller than sf but is closer to the city and behaves like a city.

Usaki explained that just because standford is too big that it cant be built in downtown.

Then we just go around the school, the sather tower and sather gate.

Then we took bart to sf.

When we went out the station, we can saw a large shopping center and had BBQ for lunch here.

I also bought blueberry lime add pearlme tea here.

Then we cant stop shopping in the center that I bought clothes and something again.

During the crazy time, dear Mr. Lin called us and asked about where and what we are doing.
Because he though sf is a kind of danger at night so he decides to come here and drive us home and maybe have dinner with us.

Well, it realy a nice idea for us.

After he drived here, went to see union square, golden gate bridge,

fisherman's wharf,bay bridge and Lombard st..

Thanks for his coming that we can realy visit the important places of sf.

As usually, we chooese chinesses restaurant for dinner.
